RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please access the Qoocheloo Returns Portal via the following link: https://return.shipmondo.com/qoocheloo

You will need to print and attach the return label to the package, pay for the shipping, and ensure you obtain a receipt at the post office as proof of the return. We offer a full 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive your goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Once we receive the item and approve the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 30 days. Please be aware that we only refund to the credit card used for the purchase, as a measure to prevent unlawful use of stolen credit cards.
